WOW! I am a new customer and had a question about adding custom thumbnail images as the ones on YouTube were quite high res and were causing my gallery to load slowly. They responded almost immediately letting me know this was a limitation and suggested I manually change the thumbnails in YouTube, bummer. BUT WAIT.... Much to my surprise they emailed back less than 2 hours later and they had their team ADD this functionality to their app and at NO COST! This is great because the thumbnails I want on YouTube I may not necessarily want on my eCommerce site. Additionally I could care less how quickly thumbnails load on YouTube, but on an eCommerce site speed is absolutely vital. With larger galleries and many thumbnails loading at once this is an excellent modification. In nearly a decade of selling online and dealing with countless developers this was a first for me.
