WOW! I am a new customer and had a question about adding custom thumbnail images as the ones on YouTube were quite high res and were causing my gallery to load slowly. They responded almost immediately letting me know this was a limitation and suggested I manually change the thumbnails in YouTube, bummer. BUT WAIT.... Much to my surprise they emailed back less than 2 hours later and they had their team ADD this functionality to their app and at NO COST! This is great because the thumbnails I want on YouTube I may not necessarily want on my eCommerce site. Additionally I could care less how quickly thumbnails load on YouTube, but on an eCommerce site speed is absolutely vital. With larger galleries and many thumbnails loading at once this is an excellent modification. In nearly a decade of selling online and dealing with countless developers this was a first for me. I would give this app TEN STARS if it was possible. I researched and tested all of the video gallery apps. When choosing an app, I score ease of use very high, intuitive interface high but CUSTOMER SERVICE - as the highest factor for my purchase. The app is great but the customer service is BEYOND EXCELLENT. They were fast, professional and worked on a weekend. They helped us nail our brand customization colors and it looks so great. Our client is happy and this is the only video player that I will use moving forward. Thanks for the positive experience and helping us make our deadline.

I use this app to allocate videos from Youtube. I really like how easy it is. Note Suggestion -It'll be nice to add the functionality of a carrousel of videos rotating that way we can add plenty of videos without clonking the page with a lot of videos and/or forcing the viewer to scroll down :) I really love this app.

Works great when it works! Sometimes it just will not display but other times it works perfectly!!!!
I really wish you could have contacted us for resolution. The error you have stated is probably because of not following speed up instruction, or some translation apps which we are aware of. Some apps are written in a way which changes codes of few other apps as well instead of making change in itself alone. This gives an impression that the other apps are broken, while true culprit is someone else!

The Tech Team is digging it! Thank you Caroline and Dave! I've installed the app, tested it and built a test template to review with the Marketing dept during tomorrow's web meeting. They're gonna LOVE IT! BIG KUDOS to Dave, we had a small "aspect ratio" scenario where the video being displayed was showing at 3x4 aspect... One quick email to support and Dave had it changed over to 16 x 9 in less than 15 min! SUPER, UBER, MEGA KOOL. Thanks

best free app for videos and again its free. Videos are easy to load and adjust. It deserves 5 stars

As basic features, sorting would be nice and to be able to edit the order of the videos after adding them. Also an embed to display all galleries at once to be able to navigate the galleries instead of having to manually create each gallery page.

Easy! and Does what it promises in style! I would like to have a feature though, to auto sync with a youtube channel rather than manually uploading the links (it lets you do it in bulk easily but an auto feature would be a great addition)

Our website is not live yet but the support has been great by this developer who was quick to respond and actually make some minor requested updates.

I tried several other apps for pop-up video galleries, and this one was by far the best in terms of the setup, customization options, and the overall look. They provided unbelievable additional personal support to create even more custom settings per my request. Highly recommended.

I wanted a quick way to organise my videos page with simple captions and layout. I managed to do this very quickly without messing things up. Like most, I have very little time to get these things done and this app has enabled to do what I wanted within the limited time frame. I'm just off to load up some more videos and am looking forward to it.
