CRAIM is an AI support tool for ecommerce merchants that answers common order-status questions like “Where is my order?” across Gmail, WhatsApp, and Telegram using live order data. It gives AI employees read-only access to orders so they can respond with current payment, shipping, and tracking information, help identify delivery-address typos, and route more complex requests to the team. Merchants can verify customers through their email or WhatsApp number, or by a code sent to the email on the order, and they can approve or edit replies in the admin or let the AI respond independently.
