Not only a great app that will increase your email sign ups and therefore your conversions and revenue, but the customer service is the best I've had in 6 years of using Shopify and its apps. I needed customization on my spin wheel that I couldn't figure out on my own. They answered my chat quickly and when I told them I didn't understand how to do the coding script they gave me, THEY JUMPED IN AND DID IT THEMSELVES IN MINUTES! Great app and above and beyond customer service. Few other notes. Most pop ups apps are the same, spin wheels gamify your popups to get a higher optin rate. In a world of variety, but still the same thing... What I really like about Crazy Rockets Spin Wheels is when they get there coupon code it adds a 15 minute timer at the bottom of your webpage to use the coupon. This scarcity makes more customers checkout then and there and not leave to "think about" using their coupon. They are also more affordable than other popup apps. Highly recommended!

We've had a wonderful experience working with Crazy Rocket thus far to power our Spin the Wheel campaigns on our website. Their support team has been a joy to work with and have been extremely helpful in building out our customized campaigns as well as helping to build out feature requests. I would definitely recommend Crazy Rocket if you're in the market for a new Spin Wheel application.

Used the app as a trial and it went well. We had a couple glitches, support was wonderful at helping me fix. If I decide to add a spin wheel in the future, I will definitely use, however for now it was for evaluation purposes."

Wow! love this app. 2 main things ... 1) It does not have to pop-up and disturb customers, just on the side and customers visit it much more as it doesn't annoy them 2) It brings the results for you & makes customers happy What more do you need?
