I've used Crowd Control for a total of six Kickstarter Campaigns, and I plan to use it on my next ones as well. The Shopify integration is critical to interface with my 3PL warehouses and drive upsells, and the price cannot be beat. For first time users of the new system, take advantage of their white glove service, and get help formatting your initial backer report, as there are some limitations. For example, if you have an add-on that is also a set of products, you'll need to include separate columns for each item. An easy fix, but important to get it right the first time. The system is robust enough that you can maintain control of almost any edge case, which is good news!

Absolutely fantastic. Crowd Control makes fulfilling all of my campaigns a breeze! While the initial set up was hard to figure out, every campaign since has only gotten easier, and their support is fantastic and was there through every issue. So thankful for Jason and Crowd Control!

Awesome, just fulfilled my kick starter campaign with it, and went great. I got a great and fast support from Jason making everything even easier. Works perfectly and is much better than other apps not connected to shopify.

Jason from Crowd Control was tremendously helpful and thorough. We used Crowd Control to manage our Kickstarter and Indiegogo project with over 6,000 backers. It is incredibly convenient to have that entire order history in our Shopify store. So we are happy we used Crowd Control as the solution. It does take some work to set up but it is well supported and the work is no more than any other crowdfunding solution. The price was very reasonable and the additional value is that our customer base, order history, and logistics flows are all hooked up to Shopify. That value continues for years.

I really liked having the rewards in my store and having Shopify calculate taxes and VAT according to store settings. Once I understood how to use Crowd Control, it easier to use than BackerKit. The pages my readers went to so that they could confirm rewards looked great. I had access to their beta for their update and there were a few glitches, but the team worked with me to get things fixed. Excellent customer service!
