I uninstalled the app inside Admin and Shopify Support said I did the right steps. But the app keeps the billing going and Shopify couldn't correct it. 'The store will be frozen' because this.
The support for this app is terrible. I would not use this app.

Free Trial only increased my store speed by 1 point. Unfortunately, this did not build enough confidence for me to want to invest in the paid version.
Hi Adam, Thank you for your review. As you would have seen, the free plan can only optimize upto 50 assets, if the number of assets are more, then you would need to full plan. Please do see if the image sizes have been optimized as promised. We would love for you to reconsider your review as we dont believe it reflects the value our app provides.
Hi! Sorry for the single star, but I just ran the free plan to optimize my store speed, and although my space was reduced, my store speed stayed at 42, unchanged…I don’t know if I did something wrong..it did drop the store size by about 5 MB from 50 MB. I’d love to give a better review, please let me know if I’ve missed something here..thank you! Steve
We have installed you app, got paid version but still no media optimisation. We have installed it in our store as there are lots of heavy images used, but for couple of days it shows improvement and than get back the same speed look like not effect. Please check or stop fooling people

My store was at 38 when I installed this app. After running the app it is now at 29. It doesnt work.
Hi. We have emailed you more than once to troubleshoot and resolve this but haven't heard back from you. You signed up for our free plan - which is great for stores with less than 500 product images. Our paid plan covers stores that have more than 500 images and also videos, which is what we'd recommend you use for your store. When a store loads for a user, one cannot determine how they will filter and sort products. Any product and its related media could load, including the ones you have left unoptimized. This means that the better approach for bigger stores is to ensure their entire product gallery is optimized instead of just one small chunk. We also ran a quick test to see exactly what is affecting your store's speeds and found that your store has other problems in its backend, and not so much media compression. While heavy media files are a big contributor to slow load times, they're not the only factor that require fixing. Fastshop is a great solution to solve the heavy file size problem but it cannot help you with all the other problems we noticed on your website. We'd recommend moving to a paid plan, and hiring a robust SEO team to optimize your store's entire backend. We hope this helps.
