My experience with CS Business Email has been truly excellent! This app made it incredibly easy to create professional email addresses using my store’s domain, which really boosted the credibility of my customer communications. Managing emails directly from the Shopify admin is smooth and convenient, and the app overall is very easy to use and highly effective. I encountered a small issue during the initial setup, but the support team was extremely responsive and helpful, resolving the problem quickly and professionally. Outstanding support that really deserves praise! I highly recommend this app to any store looking to improve its email communication and add a more professional touch to their business emails.

This app is absolutely rubbish! None of the email works. Added two emails but they never let you see one of them. Even the so called functional one doesn't let you log in to access it. Despite contacting the app providers severally, it can't really work.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! NO USER ONBOARDING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Just to clarify, there is a large red “Video Tutorial” button at the top of the DNS page to guide users through adding the required records. However, it seems it may not have been noticeable enough for you, which means we clearly need to improve how we present our onboarding steps, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding support, we do offer both email and live chat. The chat isn’t available 24/7, but we always reply as soon as we’re back online. Everything is fantastic! Excellent price, excellent support, and great additional services. I love the quick setup of the email address and the ease of accessing it from within the app
