Matt (the Dev) is very open to feedback, and has added a number of features at our request to help facilitate wholesale order processing. Turnaround is extremely fast - he's been a pleasure to work with.

I sing along with the 5-star choir here—this is a solid app! It does take some trial and error to get all your fields matched, but that’s due to human limitations, not shortcomings of the app. The only downside, I’d say, is that the app requires an open/active window to run. If you're uploading orders in batches of thousands, you’ll need to make sure to disable any screensavers or automatic sleep mode in your OS. Other than that, a rock-solid app!

Great App for handling .csv imported orders. I looked at several Apps and this was easily the best. Very easy to configure and use. Also, there is a great support team in background. I would highly recommend!

This is exactly what we needed - a straight forward csv importer that's easy to understand & use. We're doing a complicated import, so we're using their "Pro importer" tool. I found a small bug in my testing, and their team literally fixed it within an hour of me reporting the issue! Impressive customer service, to say the least. Highly recommend.

This app is amazing and so well thought out. Matt was amazing with his support. The support is next level. It's beyond what anyone would expect. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to import and export large volumes of order from another platform.
