We are using the app on 2 shopify stores and workes perfect. Lots of settings and option. We even had a special situation, we were having orders with both physical and digital goods and the app knows for which ones to adjust the inventory in SmartBill and for which ones to bill as services. The app is very well built and the support is very responsive and helpful. I'm glad it exists.

Very good application and excellent support. It has a lot of useful features - a real time-saver at our warehouse. Support is fast and competent, both for fixing small issues and implementing improvements. They even made some custom development for our particular needs, which seldom happens with other applications.

XConnector is an amazing app. It helped us to automate our entire order management. The app has tons of very useful features to manage and automate invoices and shipping labels which save great time and effort. Every little detail in terms of integration with carrier and invoice services has been thought. The app function perfectly and seamless. It's very easy to configure it based on specific needs. Furthermore, customer service is the best ever. Not only the team is extremely helpful and user-friendly, they even added custom features to ensure a unique experience for us. Lifesaver! Il folosim de jumatate de an si nu ne-am confruntat pana acum cu vreo eroare. A fost usor de implementat si este in continuare foarte simplu de folosit. Cu trei click-uri rezolvam ceea ce faceam inainte in 10 minute pe 3 platforme diferite.

O aplicatie care promite multe pt zona Romaniei! Suportul este de nota 10 si pasii prin care implementezi Curierii locali sau programe de facturare precum Smartbill sunt simpli si descrisi in detaliu. Chiar aveam nevoie de asa ceva! Recomand si felicitari echipei!
