The Support team is very helpful and quick to response. Albeit a bit issue with our uninstallation process but the teams are quick to fix it.
Hello Wanderlust Co 2, We do appreciate your feedback but it was never our intention to confuse merchants especially if they no longer intend to use our app. The disable option found in the apps preferences page is just an option to disable/enable our app display. Like any other Shopify app, the uninstallation process remains the same. Merchants will have to delete the app from their Shopify admin's App lists and this is a standard procedure implemented by Shopify and not us developers. The cancellation process is even listed on our support site with steps on how to do it: https://docs.codeblackbelt.com/article/77-how-do-i-cancel-my-currency-converter-subscription You have been one of our valued customers for quite some time and in each request and concern you have raised, we've helped you with our best efforts and made sure you were happy and satisfied. We have reached out to you with a solution to this confusion and we have managed to make the changes on our end and hopefully, you can respond to us. We are always open to suggestions and ideas to help improve our app and our support will always remain the same, if not make it even better. There may be limitations with what we can accomplish as we have to abide by Shopify’s rules and policies, but our goal remains, to keep every merchant happy and satisfied with our app and services. Wow, this is by far the best experience I have had with ANY of the shopify app providers! Mike was super quick to respond when I needed a little help, then he went above and beyond to make my site integrate perfectly with the app. Works perfectly, looks perfect, is a truly great app if you are selling internationally.

This apps is great ! It permits to show the currency of another country beside the original price, which is what I want, since I want my customers to know from where they are buying, contrary to automatic converter, where the customer may think they are ordering from their own country. The support is excellent, they were able to place the converter exactly where I wanted it to be. And the converted prices are still shown in the added cart. Very satisfied.

One thing about Shopify and their app developers is not just that they have, in general excellent apps - many companies can offer this. The key difference for my business is that the app developers are really good people who go out of their way to help. Mike at code black belt is a good example. Superb app and outstanding support!

I've tried other apps before turning to Currency Converter Plus. I am thankful to have been patient in finding the right app for currency conversion. I've just had this app installed. I don't do a lot of business to the US but when I do, folks sometimes call to get an idea of what they'll be paying in US$. This app will help solve that problem. Hopefully it'll help encourage sales because seeing my products in US$ will be lower. This is the exact kind of app I was looking for. Easy to install and had Code Black Belt support in and out for a quick tweak of the code and I'm done. So far, so awesome!

This is by far my favorite currency converter app that I've used. I like that there are a lot of different options which you can choose from to better suit your converter. Mike from Code Black Belt is very nice; he helped me configure the converter to better suit it for smaller screens. Thanks Mike and the Code Black Belt team! Live Long and Prosper. :)

Easy installation, quick set up, and as-anticipated integration. Given the increasing gulf between the value of CAD and USD, I'm confident my US clients will enjoy seeing how much money they're saving when making purchases at my site ;-)

BIG thanks to Frank and the Code Black Belt team for helping BRUSHOPOLIS quickly add Currency Converter Plus to our hairbrush and beauty website. I installed this App no problem at all. However being non teccy I asked for it to be checked. I had a few questions and Frank came back very quickly, answered both my questions, confirmed the setup was ok. Are you kidding me? This was a snap to install and almost instantly started working. I just installed it half an hour ago and everything works like a charm, if it keeps working then definately a five star app, and it's cheaper than the competitors, which I had no need to try because so far this app does what it says. Can't get over how quickly the changes took and how easy it was, no fiddling around with html or css or anything like that. Great Job developer!
