When the application works, it works great. The only issue I have with the application itself is that it calculates the fee before tax, and my merchant charges us after tax. There have been times when the system goes down. It can be frustrating, but usually it only takes contacting the help center and they are quick to investigate and fix the problem.

Unfortunately, sometimes Shopify POS may not work because of problems on the Shopify servers, and our app becomes unavailable too :( As for the fee calculation, yes, it’s one of the current technical limitations There is no way to put it after the tax, so we await the next Shopify POS updates that bring such an option to implement other fee types. And, your review helps us to prove to Shopify that merchants really need such fees. Thanks again!
