The Wax Connection review for Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

The "support" team no longer seems interested in supporting their app. There has been a discount table showing on 2 products that are no longer part of an active offer. I've reached out to support several times over the past 5 months about it, and their response on each occasion has been "Your issue is already forwarded to our team we will get back to you soon." I doubt that. In the meantime, the discount table is advertising to my customers that there's an offer available for that product, when there isn't. It makes my site look unfunctional, and turns customers off when they're expecting a discount to be applied to the product in their cart as advertised, and it isn't. Would no longer recommend this app. In search of a different one.
