UPDATE: 2 days ago I performed their recommended upgrade tasks, and now not only is their app no longer working, but it has broken features on my checkout and order receipts. I've reached out multiple times now, but they are responsive and have blamed me multiple times for the issues, offered no solutions, and have now gone silent for 21 hours. This app used to be great, but please avoid it at all costs. I am now scrambling to migrate over 1000 tiers to a new app while out of town working. This app and the developers have been a lifesaver. Every time I've messaged with a request or issue it's been handled immediately and very professionally. The app looks great and performs much better and faster than my previous discount app. Thanks for creating such a great app and giving such amazing customer service!
