This app has been a game-changer for customizing registration forms! The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

This app never should have been approved. It breaks your theme -- the registration page no longer works reliably, and even after you remove the app, the code is not reverted to how it was before. We had to go into the code to delete all the junk code this app adds.
Hi, Our support team tried to reach you through email multiple times, but we did not get any response. App uninstall instructions are already in-app documentation with screenshots and there is also an automatic way to reset to the default registration form by simply clicking a button. A shop merchant can also delete or revert it manually by following documentation steps. This app is keeping a backup of a default registration template of the theme instead of editing a registration form template directly. It was unfair to put a review without getting in touch with our support team as our support team is ready to help store merchants in any situation.

I used the app to help me do the custom registration form (phone number. company name, company address, Subscribe to newsletter and etc) since the default Shopify form cannot achieve custom fields. The support team of this app also offers FREE customization of functionalities. They customize the subscription functionality and print all customer info in the note field of Shopify so I can check all info in Shopify's own customer table. Great support team.
