e’ve only had this app installed for a few days, but it’s already made a noticeable impact on our customers’ experience. The ability for logged-in users to save favorites is a game changer for us. I reached out to support for a couple of minor adjustments, and they responded immediately and handled everything quickly. Great app and even better support—highly recommend.

We upgraded based on a clearly advertised monthly price, only to later be told we had to pay significantly more based on order volume. This was never made clear upfront. On top of that, we were told upgrading was required just to receive support. The end result? Costs nearly 10x higher than expected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency overall.

Your store has been using Customer Account Deluxe for over a year, during which we’ve consistently provided support and assistance. During this time, we’ve worked closely together and supported your store as it scaled significantly. Given your store’s scale and very high traffic volume, we had been in contact over several months prior to the upgrade to explain that a higher-tier setup would be required to ensure stability and performance. Our Enterprise plan is specifically designed for this level of usage, with infrastructure and pricing that scale accordingly. This includes dedicated resources and allowances adapted to high-volume stores, and the pricing structure is based on usage beyond defined thresholds. Support has always been available throughout your time using the app, and was never tied to any plan upgrade. The only instances where additional costs were discussed were related to advanced or bespoke customizations, which fall outside standard functionality and require dedicated development work. We understand that scaling costs can feel significant, but they are directly tied to the level of usage and infrastructure required to support stores operating at this scale. Very nice, looks nice in the shop and is easy to use. I only wish i could have more analytics in seeing what people fill in for their profile and which products they added on their wishlist. So I could work with that info. The price range is also perfect.
