店舗と通販の共通の会員カードとして利用しています。 シンプルで使いやすいです。 QR画像とバーコードが付いているためスキャンする端末に 依存することなく便利です。 機能拡張にも期待しています。

完全ノーコードでマイページに会員様向けのQR・バーコードを表示できます。テーマエディターから簡単に設置できるので、大変助かります。 エラーなどが起きても、問い合わせすると迅速に対応いただける点も心強いです。おすすめです。

ショップとオンラインストアで共通のポイントシステムを導入しているため、マイページにバーコードを表示することができて、店頭でのオペレーションがとてもスムーズになりました。 またビジュアル面でもバーコードがあることで、よりマイページが会員証のような印象になり、オンラインストアのお客様にもメンバーの一員であることを感じていただきやすくなったように思います。

リアル店舗でshopify pos利用していますが、顧客検索に困っていた中、ベストなアプリを見つけることができました。オンライン＆オフラインでの共通のポイントアプリ利用時や、受注生産などの店頭注文受付→ご自宅発送の際に大変便利です。 導入時の質問にも訂正にお答えいただき、サポートも安心です。今後のアップデートにも期待しています。
