ストアで使用しているカスタムテーマの影響でうまくこのアプリが導入できなかったのですが、サポートを担当してくださったJayさんとチームの方々の手厚いサポートで無事に表示することができました。エラーの原因の追究や解消方法まで、迅速丁寧なご説明・ご対応をいただき心から感謝しています。 これから設定を詰めていく段階ですが、不明点もすぐに解消してくださるので安心して使うことができます。このアプリの機能を十分に活用できるようになることがとても楽しみです。 --- English Translation --- We were unable to successfully install this application due to the custom theme used in the store, but with the generous support of Jay and his team in charge of support, we were able to successfully display it. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your prompt and careful explanation and support, including how to track down the cause of the error and how to resolve it. We are now in the process of finalizing the settings, but since you are able to quickly resolve any unclear points, we can use the application with confidence. I am very much looking forward to being able to fully utilize the features of this application.
