CustomerGenius helped us uncover a fraud issue we didn’t even know we had: customers creating multiple accounts with different emails to reuse first-time purchase discount codes. Thanks to the app, we identified several real cases — including one person with more than 25 orders under different identities. In the most recent case, we were able to spot the pattern the same day it happened, before the order was even shipped. It’s easy to install and set up, and it has helped us recover money we otherwise would have never known we were losing. I’d definitely recommend it to any store using welcome, affiliate, or referral discounts. Also, Phillip, the owner, was very helpful and stayed on top of everything throughout the installation and our first few uses. Great support from day one!
Very useful app and incredibly responsive customer service!
Amazing app, and amazing team! If your store offers first-time customer discount codes, you need the Customer Genius app! We use first customer discounts, and they're getting a LOT of abuse, customers creating throw-away email accounts in order to continually order using new customer codes. This app is a godsend, as are the dev team! It works like a charm, and every feature request I've come up with, they've implemented, often within a day or two of asking.
