Stay away from this app! they will steal your money, deny that they even charged you, run around in circles and then finally admit that they were charging you for simply installing the app on a free plan. These guys are thieves and the app does not work!
No Support! And imposible to cancel the Plan!
I had a hard time setting things up at first and was honestly pretty frustrated. Support didn’t go great in the beginning. But then Yonan from their team stepped in and really helped me out. Super patient and actually solved the issues I was stuck on. The best part: the app does work. It’s capturing emails like it says it will. I’m still waiting to see how well those leads convert, but this is a separate thing. Appreciate the follow-through and support that got me back on track.
The worst customer support. Did not help with onboarding and kept blaming shopify. Lost $99 to this app
Is it written anywhere on the documents here in the App Store that this App only tracks leads in the Us and Canada??
