This decision came after discovering that my own email settings were inadvertently blocking communications from Customily, which was a key factor in the initial support challenges I faced. Upon reaching out again, I was assisted by Cecilia from customer service, and had the opportunity to speak with Josema and Gustavo during a Zoom call. The level of support and guidance I received this time was exceptional and far beyond what I had anticipated. This positive experience has led me to reconsider my initial impression.
