Even though they constantly release updates, there are tons of random bugs and issues. I don’t understand what they’re updating when old bugs still aren’t fixed, and new ones just keep piling up. The customer support is terrible too – they take forever to reply to emails and offer no real solutions. It’s honestly stupid and inefficient, everything is slow. The whole system is just weak and incompetent
