I had a call with Jose a while back which went great — he was helpful, and even kindly offered to assist with setting up our customizer since we were new customers. Based on that, I cancelled the freelancer I had hired for the job. However, after that initial support, I haven’t heard back at all. I’ve followed up multiple times, but have received no response, which is quite disappointing and honestly feels disrespectful — especially after being assured of support. We’re eager to get things up and running properly, and I’d appreciate it if someone could please follow up as soon as possible.
