It does exactly what it promises. It lets us collect customer input anywhere in the store and reliably save it directly to order and customer metafields. Setup is straightforward, the UI is clean, and the conditional logic makes forms feel smart without being complicated. We’re using it for product personalization and custom order details, and it works flawlessly on product and cart pages. No hacks, no workarounds, just structured data where it belongs. Support has also been responsive and helpful. Highly recommended if you need flexible custom fields and proper metafield storage without custom development.
