POSify: Custom POS Fields

POSify has been a great addition to our workflow. As a school uniform retailer, a large portion of our products are made-to-order and require customization, which created challenges for us at the POS level. We needed a way to capture custom details like student names while also managing items that aren’t immediately in stock. Joe was incredibly responsive and truly understood our use case. After discussing our needs, he quickly implemented a feature that allows the sale of out-of-stock items, which was a game changer for our operation. That flexibility made POSify a viable solution for our made-to-order process. Beyond that, the app has proven to be more versatile than we initially expected. We’re also using it to tag special requests, such as alternate brands, so our production team has clear direction on how to fulfill each order. This app is a must-have for anyone offering custom products or needing to collect detailed information from customers. The team at 21Orange is incredibly supportive and always ready to help with any questions you may have. I personally use this app in my custom engraving business to gather everything I need from my customers — including what they'd like engraved, their font preference, and much more. It has made the process so much smoother!

This has been abundantly helpful for us. We sell team and individual photos at sports tournaments, and this has enabled us to create different options for team names, jersey numbers, and specific venues that customers are playing at.

This app makes it very easy to add customizations to your personalize-able products in the POS app. Instead of the usual clunkiness I've experienced with other apps, you can just select the product you added to your cart and add notes to that product. If you have multiple of the same item, you can easily split them apart and add multiple customizations which I haven't been able to do with other apps. This one is a keeper.

We love the app for the product customisation function on the Shopify POS, which helps us to take down customer's personalized names and options for the products they are purchasing. There are very limited apps on Shopify that work on the POS app, and POSify is the one that works really well without fail.
