Worst app ever! Response is slow and product is stuck for 25 days in production...give me a lot of excuses that it's holiday/lost in courier/still in production..so disappointed with them! Do not install!
We feel sorry that you are not satisfied with our services. Regarding your orders, you made 16 orders in our app. In these 16 orders, 3 orders were shipped in 3 days, 7 orders were shipped in 5 days, 5 orders were shipped in 10-12 days, only one order shipped more than 20 days. However, the average delivery time for these 16 orders was still within 7 days. The particularly slow production of one order was due to the product's craftsmanship, which requires multiple processes such as cutting and plating, While we had reminded you before production of that product could take a long time to make. Because of different procedures, the production time can be different too. Hope you can understand! We make customized products and will ship them to you quickly in the future. I am using customizingbox since a few months and ordered also a few products home to test the quality and delivery time. I was satisfied with the quality of the products, , the price and delivery time was as they mention it on the page. Also there are options for faster delivery with a resonable additonal charge. Had a few customer orders and so far all good. Also the customer service is very fast and direct. Can highly recommend it.

The team at CustomizingBox have been great to work with and they're always ready to provide personal assistance. I've used other sourcing apps before but this one takes the cake for print on demand products that would normally be difficult to implement. They make the process of fulfilling orders that are personalized by customers very simple. I highly recommend trying the app out and seeing their large product selection!
