Having a single collection point for all our data has been a gamechanger! Daasity has helped us understand our business better and uncover meaningful, actionable data. If you're feeling at all intimidated by all that Daasity can do, I highly recommend the Premium Support Team. They are hands-down the best support I've had from any app vendor ever! Truly the best.

Daasity has truly helped us pull back the curtain and analyze accurate, in-depth, insightful e-comm data. They helped us build out dozens of custom reports (their support team is fantastic) and we are now in their software every single day running numbers, reporting metrics, and adjusting our marketing strategy based on their findings. Highly recommend for any e-comm team struggling to learn about attribution, customers, or any and all purchase data!

I've used Glew, TripleWhale, Lifetimely and more and this is by far the best tool I've used. The customer support is unparalleled and they can actually get me answers to questions I've been trying to get at for months. Huge fan. I use this on 2 of my stores both of which do well above 8 figures.

We signed up with Daasity after being incredibly disappointed with our legacy analytics and data provider. Daasity has revolutionized how quickly and easily we can measure and track store performance and customer LTV. Support is A+ and deeply knowledgeable - they have been able to resolve any questions or projects of ours quickly and to our satisfaction.

Great tool that makes creating dashboards through looker and tracking a variety of data all in one place. It makes it effortless to get the big picture and dive deeper into our site's performance.

Because Ecommerce is just a portion of our business I don't spend much time in Shopify or our apps so Daasity is great for providing me a dashboard to get a quick and accurate overview of our ecommerce business. And can't beat the price.

Love Daasity! The out of the box dashboards are great and Looker makes creating new ones easy. Perfect for any brand small or large (scales better than any other solution we've seen).

Absolutely love Daasity! We're using it to pilot the growth of our company, provide us super accurate status of our CAC and retention metrics. Wes, on the success team has been extremely helpful in setting a few custom dashboards that were not already built in their out of the box. That being said their out of the box dashboards are amazing, plenty to look at including for our top apps like Gorgias and Recharge. Highly recommend!

The Customer Experience team for both Standard and Premium Support are wonderful to work with. We were considering other platforms and the Daasity team took the time to walk us through their capabilities to show how customizable our dashboards could become and we were really pleased with the results.

We have initially signed with Daasity in February of this year after a robust sales process that promised us a solution that fit our business. We were also charged an onboarding/setup fee. As we reached November, our installation was simply not working with the features we spec'ed out from the get-go, and we received a constant stream of excuses and delays, while being charged for the service.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the platform hasn't performed as you expected. We take your feedback very seriously are in the process of releasing product updates to fully address your needs. Such a great KPI platform. It allows me to analyze and intersect the data in anyway I want. Kevin has been incredibly helpful in integrating everything and making sure I am able to achieve the goals we set forth prior to signing up.

THE best KPI and Automated reporting dashboard tool out there! The platform is FAST which alone is a differentiating factor when crunching high volume data. In addition, their premium support is excellent!

The Growth plan really is ideal for businesses looking to scale and improve their data analysis with simple and easy integrations. Shane and team have been instrumental throughout the process and cannot thank them enough for their measured support and insight. For DTC Shopify businesses, this is a MUST!

As a rapidly growing company, we needed a platform to consolidate reports and share information across our teams. Manually updating spreadsheets to generate key metrics is burdensome. Daasity creates a consolidated source for dashboard reporting that unifies our teams, and consolidates our reporting. The initial setup was pretty simple, and our representative is leading us through a customization process to dial in details to refine results. There are some limitations in customization that would enhance this app if eliminated, and at times making a change to a report is more complex than you would expect it to be. Overall, this is a nice app, with good support, that small businesses can afford.

We turned on Daasity after trying out several platforms and still spending hours weekly for basic reporting across teams. It's been a huge time saver and onboarding was a breeze despite our complex stack/headless set-up. You can quickly generate robust dashboards and visualize data across sources (marketing, site, subscription, and fulfillment) all in one place. A lot of platforms make that claim, but few actually deliver. Very impressed. They also have a very quick account team who will help you with anything from data cleanup to help generating new charts. Once we integrated, it was useful within about 1 day.

This is more than an app, its a whole data structure and analytics infrastructure for your business. Allows us to have robust data analytics without having to employ data analysts and engineers to build out our data platforms. Support team is also highly responsive to our needs.
