FlashX: Bulk Price Editor

Trash,.... afyer 2 weeks it stop wroking. and my whole shop is mess now... gosh just delete this program if you theirs no support at all. shopify need to eliminate the apps that is no support

Update: Support did reach out. While they said they did notify, they also acknowledged could have been done sooner/differently. Review updated because the app itself is quite helpful and easy top use, and also because support did reach out. Like a few others, this app USED to be good. They suddenly started charging for this without any notice whereas before it was unlimited (and free). Having used this for over a year, it would have been nice to know they were implementing this to plan better. Now I have to figure out another way and fast to enable the plans we had.

This app used to be great, then they suddenly limited the number of campaigns you can run. This is extra frustrating because the campaigns can be glitchy, so we find we have to create a campaign for each product type we're running. They gave us no notice, and it went live the day one of our sales started. It shut down all the discounts we were already running plus didn't allow our holiday discounts to start as scheduled. So we were left scrambling trying to get our pricing correct after email advertisements were already sent out to our customers. Even if you choose the paid version, it only allows 5 campaigns which is again too few when the app is buggy.

easy to use!

This product is pure junk. I installed it for sale, worked great, then went to deactivate the sale, wouldn't go away. Contacted support, crickets. So I spent 3 hours manually changing prices on each product, and come to find out that this app randomly changed prices on it's own. Don't do it!

This is one of the best app for setting up flash sale campaign I have tried so far. It is easy to use and has almost everything you need.

Great App

We have used your app before on the free tier and were able to run more than 6 campaigns at a time. Based on that experience, we planned our major yearly sale around your app. We scheduled 7 campaigns for bulk price edits for the sale day. However, only at the very last minute did the app block us and demand a plan upgrade to publish them. There was absolutely no indication or warning about these pricing limits while I was creating the campaigns. We have over 1,000 variants, and this is a massive sale for us. Because of this sudden paywall, our entire launch is at risk. Springing this on users at the last second is a terrible strategy to force paid upgrades. If a feature requires a paid plan, you need to state that clearly before or during the creation process, not at the final second.
