This app helped us with a campaign to give our customers the opportunity to give back to some suggested charities in the face of COVID-19 and bring our community together. The support team and founders are extremely proactive and communicative and even offer aspects of community to some of their other brand partners.

This app was easy to install and easy to customize. We had about a 24-hour glitch (we had a custom API on our check out page and we didn't test it before launching - my fault!) but their team was ON IT and promised to do everything to get it fixed. And, they did. Their dashboard is easy to understand and Melaney is a joy to work with! She was incredibly helpful in connecting us with our charity. I look forward to a long-lasting partnership.

Shop for Good is hands down the best app out there to support your brand's cause marketing initiatives. The different features to donate, the ease of being able to switch charities to fit your marketing push, and most importantly the support from the DailyKarma make this a must have app!

AMAZING company! INCREDIBLY EASY out of the box app! Thru this app we have seen a 5% increase in conversion rate for new customers and a 8% conversion rate increase for repeat customers! We've also seen an uptick of 8% in AOV for any order fueled by this app and a 2% higher AOV across all orders site wide. The app itself is 'plug and play,' we were up and running within seconds making it the perfect tool for any brand that wants to easily include 'donate for discount' or 'round up for charity' options on their site. We love working with the team over at Daily Karma, Mel and Patty have been extremely helpful! They have championed our partnerships with incredible non profit & charity organizations that have resonated perfectly with our brand. Life to date we've had over 1000 customer donations to support amazing causes! We have now embedded our "Shop for Good" campaigns onto our site and into our promotional calendar. The option to easily turn this off and on has allowed us to think outside the box on our promotions as a new way to increase engagement and customer loyalty. We highly recommend this app, can't say enough good things about it!

Follow up. We were refunded the value corresponding to the mistake. Still looking forward to have to option to donate online, without compromising our POS operations. The features and values of giving back online are important for us! _________________________________________________________________________________________ Previous message _________________________________________________________________________________________ I installed this app for my website, and they are charging me for the sales we had at our RETAIL BRICK AND MORTAR STORE through our point of sale system!!!!!!!! ????         . This is an app for online sales, where costumers can select a donation they like, so we give back! That said, this is NOT meant to be for my in person POS (Point Of Sale) operations business, where they don't even know that's an option!!!! Seriously?

I wanted to use this app for a specific charity we are involved with but it wasn't on their list. I emailed through the website on a Saturday and by Sunday the charity of my choice was added to the list. Right after I installed the app I had an issue with the widget on my website and they fixed it RIGHT AWAY. These guys are awesome and we'll do great things together.

The Shop for Good App is AMAZING! The team was the perfect combination of creative + technical. They had great suggestions on promotional and partner ideas, and also took care of everything from a technical perspective. The team made sure everything was customized and perfectly on brand, and was extra attentive to make sure our promotion ran smoothly (especially since we launched on a weekend). This is the easiest, most effective way to add cause marketing to your Shopify store. We can't wait to add their "Round-Up" feature to our website and implement rotating promotions with them. This app is a huge addition to any Shopify store!
