Ottimo plugin per interfacciare Danea EasyFatt e Shopify, abbiamo incontrato una problematica riguardante il prezzo delle varianti ed è stata prontamente risolta in meno di 3 ore fortunatamente, ottima assistenza clienti!
App utilissima, staff sempre disposto a risolvere celermente i problemi qualora si verificassero. La utilizzo da più di un anno con ottimi risultati.
Pessima esperienza Ho installato l'app con molta attenzione e seguendo tutti i passaggi minuziosamente , richiedendo solo l'aggiornamento del magazzino senza aggiornare foto, prodotti descrizioni ecc ecc, poichè questi dati da Danea sono differenti rispetto a Shopify, faccio l'aggiornamento e dopo 5 minuti il sito carica tutti i dati di Danea . Morale della favola, ho dovuto oscurare il sito e stoppare tutte le campagne Meta e Google aspettando che riusciamo a ripristinare tutti i dati corretti sul sito. Assistenza pessima poichè ad oggi , dopo varie richieste non sono riusciti a darmi spiegazioni nonostante le mie varie richieste di visualizzare i database degli aggiornamenti. Sono tornato alla mia vecchia APP, un pò più costosa per magazzini con molti prodotti ma funzionale ed efficace.
Ottimo per integrare gli ordini in Danea e il customer care è davvero reattivo ed efficace. Consigliato al massimo!!
