Edit (8/10/22): Osco Team reached out to us right away after our review was published. They are working on the issues we faced and have already resolved many of the issues. Their Support has been very cooperative and responsive. They have taken notes on our suggestions for bulk linking and uploads and are trying to work it out for us. App is dropping orders on to our Shopify smoothly. Initial Review: I downloaded this app yesterday to minimise the effort required to work with Daraz. We faced difficulties and sent many messages to the support team. We haven't received any response since yesterday. Not even a confirmation on the of query being received. The email ID they have mentioned on the footer of their app is invalid. (Very Disappointed) It's been 24 Hours and the app hasn't been able to link products. Whenever we select any product to link it says that the product is not ready to be linked yet, please try again in a few minutes. Well its been many hours since we have been waiting. The trial period is to test out the features but we are unable to. If the support team resolves the issues, i will edit the review.
