Die App ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und erfüllt ihren Zweck Ich nutze sie aktiv und habe sogar ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Allerdings gibt es ein wichtiges Problem bei Vorbestellungen: Die von mir eingestellten Versandzeiten (z. B. 17 Tage) werden nicht zuverlässig bei jeder Bestellung angezeigt. Bei manchen Rechnungen sehen Kunden den Hinweis korrekt – bei anderen fehlt er komplett. Das führt zu Verwirrung, da Kunden dann nachfragen, warum die Lieferung länger dauert, obwohl die Information eigentlich hinterlegt ist. Für Shops mit Pre-Order-Modellen ist eine konsistente Anzeige dieser Information extrem wichtig. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem zukünftig behoben wird.
