DCL is amazing and this app is the perfect link between Shopify and DCL. Gives us full visibility on what stage of fulfillment our orders are in at all times. Overall, DCL as a service has been very hands on and reliable. Integration was a breeze and now everything is very automated and working without a hitch. DCL processed 1200+ orders this past Black Friday without issue! That alone is a testament to their professional service and how well the integration with Shopify works.

We have tried and extensively used most every shipping option available in the Shopify ecosystem, and in the end of the day, when you need to scale, you need a system that is both nimble (logistics is never 100% automatable) and 100% reliable. That's not easy to find, and I am confident DCL has that balance. Without question, they are pro's and nail the reliability. What is surprising to me is how responsive and hands on they are. It almost feels like its our personal warehouse. Couldn't be happier. If your going to consider a 3PL, absolutely give these guys a call. They are big, but not scary :)
