TA MAPPY: Store Locator & Maps

The app is actually super useful and I'm glad we have it. We had an issue with getting config settings to work, and I didn't realize that we had to specifically check our API key before doing so. I messaged the chat help, and this lovely assistant, Jena, helped me out and immediately got my issue fixed. I'm so thoroughly impressed to get help at a time I didn't expect to get help at (7 pm PST) and that it actually fixed my problem that I went out of my way to post this review. Thank you all!

Th Dealer and Store Locator app works well, especially with all the help from Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh who helped get it up and running. It is very easy to use and it automatically updates once you enter in a new location. There are a lot of options so you can customize the app based on your preferences. It allows us to easily show where our products can be found, along with their contact information and website to help raise awareness and drive sales to our dealers.

I chose Dealer & Store Locator because of the various map designs available and the price. I was able to customize the map to best match the look of my web storefront. Installing this app to my website was quick and easy as well. I had a little hiccup, but it was something that their customer support team was able to fix quickly. Jolie Nguyen and Pham Van Hoan specifically were a tremendous help and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this app to anyone needing to add a store locator to their website.

Jena Nguyen from the support team was super friendly and helpful when I reached out with an image loading issue, and was able to quickly identify what went wrong in my application. Her fast responses made it easy to plan our next steps to get the issue fixed. This is a great and easy to use app with free premium features if you configure your own API key! It also has amazing customization options, making it simple to create a beautiful store locator.

We use this app to display a map of dealer and installers. Love the feature of being able to tag each store with a category so they can be filtered by the customer. The team is very responsive and helpful in troubleshooting any issues you may have.

We started using the app a few weeks ago (after having tested different apps and not finding exactly what we were looking for) and are very happy with it. It’s free as we’re using our own API key, it’s highly customisable, and it works flawlessly! When we had a small issue we reached out to the support, who took on our issue super fast (shoutout to Jennie and Pham Van Hoan!) and found a solution. Great app, received some great support from Gigi as the supporter and Viet Trung as the technician. Have approached them twice for support and have managed to resolve my issue very quickly. Easy to use and price point is also very friendly, highly recommend. Would like to see further customization options in the future such as font colour, font choices and all in the future so we wouldn't have to contact support to change them when they don't fit our webpage theme.

Jinny as the supporter and Van Hoan as the technician It's always aggravating when you have to reach out for help with any app you have on Shopify and it is especially aggravating when the support team for that app is subpar. That was not the case I had yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised and really just excited that Jinny and Van Hoan were able to answer my questions and repair a slight technical issue I was having in just a few minutes. Best helped I have received with an app hands down! The store locator app has helped grow my distribution network dramatically this year so I'm glad the issue was worked out so I wouldn't have to start over with a different app.

Mabel was very helpful in identifying my problem and providing the solution. The page is up and running with all the stores very efficiently. No complaints at all.

The app is very useful and easy to launch. The dashboard configuration is really friendly and it has everything we needed, I'm sure the fetaures it has could be really great to fit any kind of store. We totally recommend using the app! Also, the technical support was just great, Gigi and XuTho were really kind getting in touch with me and helping me during the installation. 100% recommended!

On Shopify, you may find a variety of shop location applications. However, on a technological level, this software combines all benefits and even outperforms them. You may search by location or name, and, most importantly, you can assign tags to specific dealers such as Premium-Dealer to provide the customer a better idea of the dealer he is looking for. Taking into account their support, the cost-performance ratio is excellent: BSS's assistance is, as always, exceptional, both in terms of Gigi's quick communication and the highly competent technical level of Ta Cuong. We are grateful for their assistance and prompt comprehension of our needs! Last but not least, they assisted us with importing and optimizing our dealer data for our needs! I appreciate it!
