Decile has been an incredible CRM tool for our small brand. The app itself is easily self-serviced, with any number of reports easily created. The support team is incredible (Roman!) and he is very fast and proactive in getting back to us. I have looked into other tools for this, but we are so happy with our service and the data we are getting that we have stayed with Decile for a few years now.

We’ve been searching for a solution like Decile for quite some time, and Alex and Bianca have been incredible in helping us uncover valuable insights to achieve our brand’s KPI goals and enhance our retention strategies. Decile is an excellent tool. Easy-to-use, easy-to-integrate, and provides fantastic information. What really sets Decile apart is their customer support. We have been working with Roman for months now, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and fast.
