Decile has been a HUGE help as we work to better understand our customers. The insights from Decile have allowed us to more accurately target specific customer segments. The team is knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to dig in (especially when we don't have the time on our end!). Working with them has been seamless and we have been able to unlock so much more than we ever have before thanks to Decile. Shoutout to our amazing CSM, Roman!

Decile has been an incredible CRM tool for our small brand. The app itself is easily self-serviced, with any number of reports easily created. The support team is incredible (Roman!) and he is very fast and proactive in getting back to us. I have looked into other tools for this, but we are so happy with our service and the data we are getting that we have stayed with Decile for a few years now.
