GEMA Shop review for Deep Shop Translate

We tested Deep Shop Translate on a large Shopify store with 20 languages and a substantial amount of existing content and translations. The app handled a very large translation and quality-audit workload at a surprisingly reasonable cost. What impressed us most was the quality-audit feature: it did not just identify missing translations, but also detected terminology issues and weak existing translations, including technical HVAC and plumbing terminology. The support has been exceptional. During our testing, we reported a few issues with the usage dashboard, CSV exports and some edge cases in quality-audit jobs. Augustin investigated them in detail, explained the causes transparently, and several improvements and fixes were implemented within a very short time. Communication was fast, professional and technically precise. We also appreciate the transparent token-based pricing, detailed usage reporting, monthly CSV summaries and the ability to keep full control over spending. After processing and reviewing a large part of our multilingual catalogue, Deep Shop Translate has become our preferred solution for ongoing AI translation of our Shopify content. A very promising app with excellent support and a development team that clearly listens to merchant feedback. Highly recommended.
