It does a great job of finding and removing duplicate products. I especially appreciate the ability to bulk delete. In my case, I bulk delete the oldest of the duplicates because the newer ones have the updated inventory levels. All in all, it's a great app that does exactly what the name implies, and it does it very well.
Excellant customer service! We had a glitch with the system. It is Friday night----the beginning of Memorial Day Weekend----and Chris worked with me until the issue was resolved! This company stands behind their product! Works great and saved me so much time!
