I never leave reviews for apps and probably never will again but this one is worth it. We launched last November and getting out ahead of stolen packages and customer claims and/or delivery fraud wasn't actually top of mind with everything we had going on as a new small eCommerce business. Luckily we haven't had the misfortune of learning the hard way up until this point, but after a friend recommended this app, my hope is we never will. I had no idea this technology existed. Best interface. Super intuitive - especially for someone who's easily frustrated by backend design. Consider this another brick in the foundation. Highly recommend.

There's nothing worse than loosing money/product to porch pirates or bad actors claiming "they didn't get their package". Having a heads up and being able to mitigate it before shipping a package is a game changer!
