However, some users feel that the app could be improved further, citing constant issues and suggesting additional features like adding multiple pictures for proof of delivery. On the other hand, one user expressed dissatisfaction with the app, simply stating it as 'useless'.

Excellent and fast support from the Webkul team! They helped us solve a Google Maps API issue in the Delivery Boy app very quickly and professionally. Everything now works perfectly, including address autocomplete and distance calculation. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!
App is good, but could be better. There is constant issue with the app, and I think with each verson iteration, it would get better. Moreover, I would like to suggest a feature : add multiple pic for proof of delivery.
