Very useful app we have used for enabling customers to choose a date for their graduation gown hire. Easy to use and customise.

The app works like a charm! Easily customizable, mostly fool-proof, quick setup. When I had an issue with a missing feature, I contacted support who created a custom code for my store. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for this app, it works very well. I was able to set custom delivery and pickup dates and assign very specific time frames to them. I like how many additional options there are, like quantity for a specific time frame or prep time. Adding custom delivery locations and checking zip codes also work flawlessly. The support staff was very quick and friendly in helping me resolve a small issue I was having. Special thanks to Maggie and Angie, in chronological order. They were really friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend this app for store owners who need custom delivery and pickup rules. Thanks again! :)

App is pretty good. We've had issues with orders coming in without dates/pickup times and it took a bit too long to get it fixed. It was mostly due to bad communication. Ask for Angie to help you because she seems to understand exactly what you're saying/asking for help on. Now that I see the reviews, I don't understand why it was so hard for some of the tech team to understand since many others have the exact same issue. You should really integrate the app to work with the shoppay and require phone numbers for orders. Bakeries, florists etc., need this important info if an order is not picked up or you need to communicate with the client (email isn't fast enough - especially when you're closing and their order isn't picked up). TIPS: if you have issues with orders coming through on dates you are closed - you have to have it loaded and then do a blackout date load for every day you're closed. So if you're closed Sat/Sun..you must black out every Sat/Sun. I had to learn this the hard way. Also don't have pre-selected date on as orders will be able to slip through without dates/pick up times. With it off, it will at least prompt a date required notice. It gets the job done for what I need and the website is producing well. Cheers to Maggie and Angie - thank you for great customer service recently. Much appreciated.

We receive some order without delivery date and information about the time slot. I contacted the support but there are no solutions for this problem. And let's be honest. Why should you use this app if the MOST IMPORTANT thing does not work? I am sorry, but I can't recommend this app.

I am giving this app 2 stars because it clearly needs some improvement. I have downloaded other apps from this developer and they worked perfectly! But this one has some issues with express checkout, and PayPal checkout...the most frustrating thing about all was that A LOT of orders were received without pickup or delivery date or time. I contacted support (which is good!) but I feel that their solutions were not solutions, they were just suggestions that in the end did not help to fix the issues that the app was having. It may have worked for other stores but for mine (a flower shop) didn't work at all. Mageworx, I am so sorry! This review comes from a person that hates to leave bad reviews but in this case, in order for the app to work perfectly I need to speak out about these issues.

Unfortunately this app never worked well on my store. I had all kinds of issues, like my checkout button being grayed out, pickup times not saving when customers selected them. I contacted support multiple times and they didn't offer any help other than telling me "your code isn't correct." As someone who doesn't know how to code, this was entirely unhelpful. Honestly this is some of the worst customer support I have seen with any app on Shopify.

This app is perfect! I love everything about it! I only wish it would have an autocreate for time slots by setting start time and end time and interval inbetween instead of having to set each time slot manually.

Doesn't seem to work no matter what I try and there's no help documents to diagnose the issue. :( Sad because this app is exactly what I've been needing, just a shame shopify does not have this functionality already built in,

This app is amazing, I was actually able to easily change some of the text and have been using it for 2 years now to schedule curb side pick-ups and it's prefect! This year I had a moment of panic when I realized that the app no longer worked with my paid theme (on the day before I was launching for the season). The developer was amazing and able to change some lines of code to make it work for me within a couple hours and save my launch for the season!

I think this is a very easy to use application! First time user of Shopify, and everything is pretty clear to me.

App works ok. I was able to install and update user notification and my notification. However, we sometimes enter orders from the back end and this app does not allow us to set a delivery date for orders that are entered by by staff so unfortunately, we will have to uninstall and find a better solution.

The app seems to work well. I used the code provided to ensure that the delivery date is included in the notification email sent to customers. It doesn't get five stars though, because it does not allow changing the date format and Americans really do need to understand that they are not the biggest part of the world, and the way they use date formatting is at odds with the vast majority of us. It wouldn't have taken a lot of coding to allow us to choose a dd/mm/yy format.

Wonderful App! Super simple and easy to use. A good start for new shops. However, 1 of the function will be good to have but was not available e.g. 1) Next day delivery Cut Off Time was not available. Only same day is available. As we are in Singapore and the delivery is quicker. May not apply for other countries. So dosen't really matter for most of you guys tbh. The rest of the app was god given simple. Hence highly recommended to use. 5 STAR!
