We have a homemade Indian food delivery service in San Jose, CA. The ding doong app is very helpful for us to open the delivery day to our customers as expected by this app. We are very pleased with their quality of product as well as services. The team is very helpful and go above and beyond to fix any app related issues.

This is a phenomenal app- I use Ding Doong to allow customers to select their delivery date (we are a bakery that offers local delivery), and the widget itself is visually pretty, easy to use, and easy to adjust the settings. But what really separates this app is the top notch customer service- they allow you to chat them 24/7 and always reply within 24 hours max. They have helped me through several issues already, and have been absolutely professional, caring, and helpful. I truly feel valued by them!
