I’ve just installed this app and I’m really hoping it will be helpful for my business. The installation process was smooth and easy to follow, and when I needed support, I reached out through the chat. To my surprise and delight, even though it was quite late, the team responded quickly and provided exactly the help I needed. So far, everything looks promising, and I believe this app could be just what I was looking for to manage the delivery scheduling for my flower shop.

I installed this app as a necessary function for our pet bakery. It is loaded with numerous features and customizable. Most importantly, I am pleased with the customer service. Via chat, Joyce helped me set up several functions and troubleshoot a few errors as well. I was impressed by her patience and quickness to respond. I did a lot of research into the wide range of date picker app options out there and (after one false start with another app) landed on DingDoong because it does everything we need. It's impressively flexible. Most notably it allows us to carve out all UK postcodes into separate delivery zones so that we can tag orders with the zone, apply different preparation times and present different delivery dates to our customers depending on where they are in the country. Super useful! Their support team are responsive and helpful (and patient!). Strong recommend.
