Ding Dong helps us to plan our production and gives the customer more safety and planning certainty. The customer service is very friendly and trys to help you in time. There wasn't a problem which couldn't be solved, even with customization in shopify templates.

i would gladly give it a high review. but when i use the app. it actually a paid version and not the free? something is fishy with this. same minute when i installed the app. i got notification that i paid the app. not a trial version. i even deleted the app within the hour too. i can't trust this team. where's my refund. update: i have received their email and sent the refund immediately. i want to suggest them to start it at the free trial instead of the paid options on the approval. on testing apps. website app tests in shopify are all free that's why i approved it without reading. just edit the options for easy trial for all. thanks

Great App and great CS team support. I used this app for adding a date picker for delivery and pick up. Overall it is an excellent free app for this feature. It would be great if they support switching between multi-language.

This is by far the best delivery/pickup app. As a local florist I need to make sure we validated a delivery zip prior to checkout but also have a strict control over delivery/pickup dates and time slots. I try numerous other apps and none of them came close to this app. The support team was awesome. A special thanks to Anna for her attentiveness and amazing communication.
