This app has made a huge difference to how we manage orders. We offer both local delivery and shipping so being able to let customers choose their delivery method and select a date at checkout has been really helpful. The postcode checker is great too with the maps API โ it stops people selecting local delivery if theyโre not actually in our delivery radius. What I really want to mention though is the support. Iโve used the live chat quite a few times and every single time theyโve been super quick and helpful. They even helped me change the design to better match our website, and even helped me install the maps API. Itโs rare to get that kind of service. If you offer local delivery, especially with set delivery zones or date options, Iโd definitely recommend this.

Super tevreden met deze app. Heb eerst 3 soortgelijke apps geprobeerd, waar ik niet zo blij mee was. Ik ben blij dat ik uiteindelijk deze app heb gedownload, werkt perfect en goed te customizen. Ook een fijne en snelle service.

DingDoong has been the perfect solution for my small bakery! I have a pretty unique setup with alternating porch pickups and fixed market days, and most other delivery/pickup apps either couldn't support my schedule or made it incredibly confusing to manage. On top of that, other support teams were slow to respond โ if they responded at all. DingDoong not only works smoothly with my manual request flow, but their support team was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to customize the widget to match my brand colors. They were the first team that actually listened and worked with me to make the app feel like part of my storefront, not an afterthought. If you're a small business looking for flexibility and real support, I canโt recommend this app enough. Itโs been a game changer for us.

This shopify application is a blessing for the stores doing local deliveries. Functionally, this application is a complete package. They have taken care of all sorts of peculiar requirements which a store owner might have. On top of that their support is fantastic. The team helped me with setting up the application, customizing CSS to match my store's theme. I highly recommend this application. Kudos to the team!

Im using this App for Pickup purposes. Its very affordable and offers great features and user support. Feature request are taken very seriously to satisfy the customer. Support is always friendly and very fast. There was no problem that couldnt be solved by the support team. Perfect app for my use case. Recommend
