DingDoong has been the perfect solution for my small bakery! I have a pretty unique setup with alternating porch pickups and fixed market days, and most other delivery/pickup apps either couldn't support my schedule or made it incredibly confusing to manage. On top of that, other support teams were slow to respond — if they responded at all. DingDoong not only works smoothly with my manual request flow, but their support team was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to customize the widget to match my brand colors. They were the first team that actually listened and worked with me to make the app feel like part of my storefront, not an afterthought. If you're a small business looking for flexibility and real support, I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s been a game changer for us.

This shopify application is a blessing for the stores doing local deliveries. Functionally, this application is a complete package. They have taken care of all sorts of peculiar requirements which a store owner might have. On top of that their support is fantastic. The team helped me with setting up the application, customizing CSS to match my store's theme. I highly recommend this application. Kudos to the team!

Im using this App for Pickup purposes. Its very affordable and offers great features and user support. Feature request are taken very seriously to satisfy the customer. Support is always friendly and very fast. There was no problem that couldnt be solved by the support team. Perfect app for my use case. Recommend

It’s been especially useful for my store, as it allows customers to select convenient delivery dates, improving overall satisfaction and streamlining the delivery process. Most importantly - App works as designed. There could be some features that make this app my go to, but those seem like shopify platform restriction. Instructions are very clear with lots of details on documentation. In cases where additional help needed, Support Team (Vincent) was very responsive, helpful and transparent about what can and cannot be done. Very important for us. If the app functionality matches with your requirements this is definitely a great app to consider.
