I love the fact that I was able to skype and share screen with Zestard, this made support extremely painless and joyous. Ritesh and his team was quick to act, help, suggest, advise and ultimately the best support I have had via Shopify App Providers. The APP seems to be working but have not really put through a big test yet. I do think it slows down my site because it loads slowly, which I'm not happy about. That needs to be improved. Customer service is difficult and when you call the number the person who answers is very hard to understand and so the call becomes frustrating. I like to know who I'm dealing with instead of a generic support email that doesn't identify the person. Also, when you purchase the app, someone should immediately contact you to let you know the process and when it will be ready on your site. I had to reach out to support to find out what was going on. Not good! This could/should be an outstanding product but the developer needs to get better at communication and support. The load time is a big issue that needs to be improved. There is no other app out there (that is better) so there is a big opportunity here. I really hope the developer continues to improve the app. One suggestion: I would really like to be able to set rules for EACH PRODUCT, as opposed to the full cart. I have some products with different drop shipping requirements but since the app only allows 1 set of rules for the full cart, I have to apply the same rules to all products. Being able to choose delivery dates for each product would be awesome.

I will need to feedback after using it few months time, sometimes the app crashes and didn't able to load in the checkout page, then it affected the whole checkout process! This is a very big risk to a store. Please fix the bug immediately.

If it works - it is great, but sometimes customer can skip the date and time choice, tags to the orders dont work. Cupport is awfull - no reply sometimes for weeks.

Recently installed the app, was a little confused during installation and configuration, but contacted support and they helped A TON! Thanks Vijay. The app has helped a lot with orders, saving time contacting customers to arrange deliveries.

This app is great for my online store. It was a little more complicated than I had anticipated to set it up; however, the delivery date support team was VERY helpful and did the work for me. I plan to continue to use this app.

Amazing support team.They helped to change the language in Calendar for localization to Japanese. I tried many Delivery date App. But this is only one fits Japan's delivery system. 日本国内向けのショップ用に配送日と時間指定ができるAppを探していました。色々試しましたが配送日を表示するカレンダー内の期間指定ができなかったりして使用できるものが見つからなかったのですが、こちらは１ヶ月先までカレンダーで配送日が選べるように指定したり任意の月に変更できます。（日数だともっと良かったのですが）唯一の問題がカレンダー内の曜日や月の表示が英語だったのですがサポートの方が日本語に直してくれました。

After spending lots of time trying to find a delivery date selector app, I decided to go with this app. For the money you pay, this system is by far the best! After experiencing some difficulty installing it myself, I contacted the support team. The team installed the app for me, made custom configurations and were incredibly helpful and patient. Look no further this is THE best app for delivery date selection ! We are in the fast food business and this app is a god sent ! Worth every penny and more for the super duper fast technical support, beautiful interface and 100% working app! We faced a slight hitch on our site and the helpful zestard team fixed it almost immediately! No more lost revenue or muddled deliveries! Special thanks to Anuj ! For adding us on skype to provide faster support even late into the night! Best ever experience with an app developer and technical support team. We have tried so many different apps and programmers. The guys at zestard really know what they are doing. We love it so much we have it on all our sites.

I've used several delivery date apps and have recently made the switch to this as the support has been really solid throughout. (Shoutout to Hardik!) It has all the functions that I need in a delivery date app and they're always constantly listening to users' needs, which is the most important!
