If you are looking for a visual delivery timer on Shopify, I don't think you can go far wrong. I have a few different versions set up, using virtual collections to manage when they display (note to the developers - it would be great if this could be by tag). Definitely a 5-star app and it won’t be going anywhere for a while to come on our store!
Delivery Timer works well for us and does all I need it to do. We haven't had any issues, it just works out of the box.

Works like a charm and was easy to set up
This app delivers exactly what it promises, and I appreciate its simplicity. We ship only Monday-Wednesday, and this tool helped our customers understand their order timelines, which in turn reduced support inquiries about shipping dates. It allowed customers to make informed decisions and helped us manage their expectations effectively. We saw a significant decrease in "where is my order?" emails, as customers knew their shipment was scheduled for the following week after the cutoff. Great product!
