海外のネットショプですが、日本人向けなので日本語対応のアプリを探していました。機能は非常にシンプルで、また日本でよく使い慣れた形式は日本のお客さまにも見た目の安心感を与えると思います。海外の配送会社の選択肢はもちろんありませんが、課金なしで簡単にカスタマイズできるのでそこもよかったです。問い合わせには迅速にご対応いただき、24時間対応しているネットショップとしては1分でも早く改善したく、とても助かりました。

アプリをダウンロードしましたが、最初はうまく表示ができませんでした。しかし、サポートチームからのわかりやすいメールでのご説明をいただき、無事に日時指定機能の利用を開始できました。また、ネクストエンジンとの連携がスムーズに行え、大変助かっています。迅速で丁寧な対応に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。
