Die App ist hervorragend durchdacht und bietet viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten – ganz ohne tiefere Programmierkenntnisse. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den erstklassigen Support: Auf Rückfragen wurde umgehend reagiert, und sogar komplexere Anforderungen wurden direkt für uns umgesetzt. „Wenn Software ein Superheld wäre, hätte diese hier ein Cape – und der Support wäre das Orakel, das alles weiß!“ Diese geschmeidige App - läuft schneller als mein Kaffeekonsum morgens! Und der Support? Antwortet schneller als ich meine Maus fallen lassen kann. Freundlich, kompetent, geduldig – wahrscheinlich heimlich ausgebildete IT-Zauberer. Fazit: 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig. Ich hätte am liebsten 96 vergeben – passend zu meiner Postleitzahl

I have utilised this application for less than an hour at the time of writing this review, and I am thoroughly impressed. To begin, it offers excellent pricing plans relative to the features provided, with the free plan including all functionalities. The application boasts a range of professional-looking templates that are visually appealing and highly customisable, allowing for seamless integration with your store’s theme. The installation process was straightforward, and the widget displayed correctly. It is controlled by a block, making adjustments easy; moreover, you can utilise Liquid to position it precisely where desired. The support aspect of this application is truly commendable. Within moments of requesting assistance, Tobias provided help with widget placement and successfully embedded dates onto product cards, pages, the cart drawer, and the cart, all with great ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this application, as it surpasses any other delivery date application available in the store. I encourage you to try it out for yourself; you will not be disappointed.

Ich bin begeistert von der Shopify-App DELM, die eine wesentliche Verbesserung in der Anzeige von Versand- und Lieferzeiten bietet. Ich weiß, wie wichtig präzise Lieferinformationen für unsere Kunden sind. DELM hat diese Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, ist der hervorragende Service. Der Gründer selbst nahm sich persönlich unserer Anliegen an und war sogar am Samstag erreichbar, um Unterstützung zu bieten. Dieses Engagement für Kundenservice ist heutzutage selten und verdient höchste Anerkennung. Ein weiterer bemerkenswerter Aspekt ist der positive Einfluss von DELM auf unsere Conversionsraten. Durch die genauen und zuverlässigen Lieferangaben konnten wir das Vertrauen unserer Kunden stärken und somit die Verkaufszahlen spürbar steigern. Ein Vorschlag zur Weiterentwicklung: Es wäre fantastisch, wenn DELM in der Lage wäre, die Wareneingänge der in Shopify angelegten Lieferantenbestellungen in die Berechnung der Lieferzeiten einzubeziehen. Dies würde die Genauigkeit weiter erhöhen und den Nutzen für Shopify-Händler wie uns noch weiter steigern. We installed this app because there was no reference about the shipping time on our store, even at checkout the automatic carrier fees did not display them. Everthing works perfect and the customer support is TOP. I strongly recomend it.
