The support team is responsive and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the configuration fits your store perfectly especially Aisha, who has been incredibly helpful. If a specific feature you need isn’t available, you can reach out to them they’re open to customizing the app based on your requirements.

Really happy with the app so far. It’s simple to use and does exactly what we need for our store. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive. Urooj guided me clearly and arranged a Google meeting to help with the setup. Great customer service, thank you Urooj and Retail Force Barcode team.

I downloaded and deleted about 10 apps to see which one would actually let me print the kinds of labels I needed - this was the only app that was able to print labels the 1"x.5" labels perfectly and without issues the first time. It's really the only app I've found that works with literally any size label - I can finally stop using a bunch of workarounds for different types of labels.

The App is really easy to set up and can be configured very easily to configure or match your SKU with many combinations possible. i have updated all my SKU and the best part is i did them in bulk. The support is very helpful and are will to go above and beyond to get the right configuration for your store.
