Superb app, that's tapping into the future of what I think e-commerce search is headed. We came from a setup where a ton of things had to be set up manually, in terms of synonym, often search queries, categories etc - incredibly time consuming to do across 6 Shopify stores with 5 languages. In that sense, Depict Search has been incredibly easy to get going with, as it's a plug-n-play solution. As a busy e-commerce merchant, you want something that "just works", where you don't have to babysit and maintain it all the time - and that's what Depict Search is.

Depict has done a great job bringing an intuitive GPT style search experience to the shopify ecosystem at an affordable price. Plus, the team is rapidly evolving the tool to fit with different search experiences and allow for greater customization.

The future of search! Depict's new search app is fully intuitive, personalised, intelligent and integration and communication from the Depict team is sublime. Not only does the AI work very well, our customers love it and our performance from search has increased.

GPT Search has finally allowed us to bring our search experience up to modern standards, allowing our customers to prompt their way to information about our products right on our website. Tremendous uplift from the built-in Search & Discovery search function!

We were among the first to try out GPT Search and have been long-time users of Supergrid by Depict – a concept we were already huge fans of! The concept is truly innovative – especially for us as a fashion store. It’s very exciting that our customers can now search for outfits tailored to specific occasions. This makes the shopping experience so much more intuitive and inspiring and resembles the shopping experience we want customers to have in our retail stores even more. We also really appreciated being able to actively contribute feedback during the development process. The team is super friendly, responsive, and open to ideas – our requests and suggestions were not only welcomed but also implemented quickly and thoughtfully.
