Excellent support. The default settings work well but Describely's ability to create several rule sets and then customize each of the rule sets with multiple sequential steps, brand voice, etc really make it a powerful tool.

I signed up for this app a month ago I use pay as go as it is the best option for me. Jess as been brilliant always quick to respond to any queries that I may have had. The app is easy to use the ai compiles my branding so it sounds like my voice when making changes to my product descriptions and the bulk editing is a godsend as changing everything prior to using this app was very time consuming.
